Tunatrophy is not a medical device. It does not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment, or give drug or supplement protocols. If you have a condition, an injury or any doubt, talk to a doctor first.

The service

Tunatrophy is a mobile app that builds training programs, keeps session and nutrition logs and offers an AI-assisted coach. It is currently in beta through TestFlight: features may change and interruptions may happen.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the program is built from what you report.
Do not share your account; keeping your credentials safe is up to you.
You may not use the app if you are under 18.

Training risk

Lifting carries a risk of injury. The loads the app suggests are calculations based on the data you entered; they do not know how you feel today. If you feel pain, stop. Do not attempt a lift you are not confident about. Using the suggested loads is your decision and your responsibility.

The AI coach

The coach makes suggestions from your data and can change your plan. Every change appears as a card in the app and can be undone. The coach can be wrong; do not take its text as medical or dietetic advice. Automatic coaching stops when you report pain or an urgent health symptom.

What you must not do

Try to access the service without authorisation or reach other users' data.
Reverse-engineer the app, deliberately increase its load, or abuse it with automated tools.
Use it for an unlawful purpose or in a way that harms someone.

Content and rights

The text, design and brand in the app belong to Tunatrophy. The data you enter is yours. Some exercise illustrations come from the wger project under a CC BY-SA licence and are shown in the app together with their author.

Price

The app is free during beta and has no in-app purchases. If a paid plan arrives later, it will be announced in advance.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This does not remove the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Termination

You can delete your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, the date on this page is updated.
